Unmatched experience, completely private tour, much different from any other Napa experience. Roman became a fast friend - we really enjoyed his hospitality. This is a private & luxurious experience, but very approachable. Definitely recommend the food pairing - so worth it!

Jump at the chance to visit Fantesca Winery. I recently enjoyed the “Seasonal Bites & Wine Experience” hosted by the knowledgeable and welcoming Roman Montanez. We started the tasting with La Belle de Juliette Champagne and Caviar and after exploring their hillside cave, we continued on with more bites and wine. I had Ahi Tuni with Salmon Roe and Cucumber paired with a 2021 Russian River Chardonnay, followed by Duck fillets paired with the King Richard's Reserve 2021 Pinot Noir. Next, a delicious Fondue paired with the red All Great Things 2019 and to finish, a Frittata paired 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon. All the wines I tasted were made by the world renowned wine maker Heidi Barrett. Not to be overlooked, the elegant interior decor of Fantesca set the mood for a very special tasting. Thank you Fantesca! Cheers!
