FMD has very high bar for customer service. Homer helped us with wood floors. We were not able to pickup all of the material due to some unforeseen circumstances. We picked a portion of the order in two trips and eventually scheduled to pick up the rest after a very long time, close to 2 years. Homer has always been ultra responsive, professional and accommodative of our requests. Highly recommend FMD for your home building needs and special shout out to Homer. DO NOT GO THERE. Very bad attitude. I try to ask a simple question about different sizes of the baseboard. but the sales person (a male) got so angry and say he had no time to explain to me. No respect to customer.

I bought multiple Masonite doors with them. They also tried their best to accommodate my request on a special order. Both Vanessa and Allen are super patient and helpful! They are very efficient and quick. If you need your door ASAP, they offer unbeatable price and great service.

I went looking for interior french doors. Literally no one could be bothered to even acknowledge me when I walked it. Had to ask where the doors were, when I walked back to ask questions.....once again everyone too busy looking busy to acknowledge me.
Ended up going to alum rock and had great service for a better price.

Purchased a sliding door for a closet and the person talked into the option to buy. Ultimately this was a heavy door that is not convenient to use. Also, they ask if they need to do the notch on the door. You should decline it because then the doors become non-returnable. Annoying thing is they made the notch on the rear portion of the door which is not a polished/smooth finished side.

We had a great experience with Sandra at FMD! She provided design input that really elevated the whole project. When we had a couple small issues with the products we purchased, Sandra addressed them immediately and provided replacements. She was always friendly and professional. We'd happily work with her and FMD again!

Would give 0 stars if I could, take your business elsewhere. Was really hoping to do business with FMD through word of mouth but the absolutely terrible customer service really put a damper on the experience. Worked with Shawn Amin for doors, his attitude is just downright unprofessional. He's impatient and makes you feel like you're bothering him when you ask questions. This place seems like a family business, it's too bad they have poor attitudes. I always like supporting local businesses, just not this one.

We needed additional floorboards for a repair job for our newly bought house, however, all the other flooring stores were out of stock with no ETA for this type of board which was original and from decades ago.

Thankfully, my contractor recommended that we contact FMD Distributor and to our amazement, they worked magic to locate and order sufficient stock for my job. My contractor picked it up the same week from FMD.

Highly recommending them.
