We are a nonprofit and had some issue with our last laser cutting company, I reached out to these guys explained my situation and how we are a nonprofit looking to get some name plaques cut for some of our sponsors. We had 5 days before we needed to ship our work to Fiji and within one day they had cut a sample at no cost, and within 3 days we had our parts, they even helped us out on pricing.
