Terrible service, rude, not helpful at all. Had a coupon and wanted the item. Asked the guy for help, and he just pointed at the directions the item was at. I explained I looked there but did not have my reading glasses and got the wrong item. Get employees who are willing to take a minute to help.

Stop by to buy some zip ties. There was a coupon on line, I got the ones that I thought it was the zip tie on coupon. Well it was not . I said sorry don't have my reading glasses. Where are they he pointed. Rude no customer service. Never did he say let me help you. Sorry that he is should a unhappy and rude guy.

I generally don't like giving bad reviews but on two separate occasions with the same cashier, made me feel like i was bothering him being there, then he did not acknowledge my itc membership and had to be reminded the first time to get the discount. The second time was a no coupon necessary and he still charged me full price!! I did not catch it till I got home and returned items to a different store. Not going back to this store.

At this store the zero rate has been initiated. Both cashiers on Friday 3-1 in the evening have a master's on bad customer service, I'm standing in line to pay, Luke never call for next customer, just looking at me and everywhere, he does a body gesture with his hand shoulder and face, like saying " so what's up": are you ready he asked , I'm waiting for you. Bad attitude , having a bad day has nothing to do with me, he didn't ask for membership information, nothing.

Typically employees at harbor freight are very helpful and cordial even when they are busy they help , but this one's at this store very impressive the way they show how much they don't care

Always visit this store , they have pretty good selections on tools , this is good for a quick stop to get what you need , they have a lot of coupons too . They have good price but if you have coupons , you will not forget this store . But the only bad thing is when you have a free coupon and that item went bad after days or weeks , possible will not exchange it for you because is a free from coupon . But for me no biggie when i buy something again i will get that free item again with my coupon . To get a free coupon ask the cashier to put you on list so you will mail a booklet of coupons at home for free . I give 4 star coz some of products is not a good quality .

I usually always go here to Purchase tarps for those Rainy Days. But tarps is not the only thing I get from here. Tools are good to get here to get the Job Done. The just affordable and convenient then Hpme Depot👍
