I agree with others who posted regarding their hours. If you are open until 5pm, then you should be open for new business until 5pm! I called at 4:45pm today multiple times up until 5pm and let the phone ring, yet no one answered. I was not even able to leave a message to get my order prepared to be filled first thing on Monday or to ask for a call back as soon as they are back in the office. This is very poor customer service. I've also had problems with orders being place and filled in a timely fashion. However, I do agree that Griselda is the only reason I'm not rating them lower. Over the years I've trusted her to help me find just what I need. To date, she has consistently given me reliable assistance.

As far as a plumbing supply house goes, they are reasonably helpful. I give them two stars for the fact that once it gets a little close to 4:00 which is their closing time, they don’t want to help you. Almost to the point of being rude. Three different times they have turned away business during their working hours.

I have been there at 3:50 and they turned me away saying the registers are closed.

I wanted to purchase a water heater, they said don’t come after 3:30.

I wanted to drop off the old water heater and called ahead at 3:30 to say I could be there in 10 minutes. They said it’s too late in the day come back some other time when they are open.

Basically don’t plan on going there late in the day because they don’t want you to slow down their closing time.

Usually I've had good luck and good service here. Just went in today and the guy at the counter cut me off every time I started a sentence. I never even got to tell him exactly what I wanted. He was too busy telling me to talk to someone else or go somewhere else.

How can you sell something if you won't even let a customer speak ?

Arrogant, rude, terrible service.

I have never left a bad review for anyone as my mom has always taught me you don’t say anything if you don’t have anything nice to say.

Well I agree but this really bothered me. First of all why does a business claim publicaly on their website that you close at 12:00pm on Saturday’s when in fact you close the gates at 11:45am.

We had an emergency part that was needed for a downed water heater they had in stock.

The woman that was rushing from Brentwood to pick up the part for me as I live out of state called and said she will possibly be there a few minutes after 11:45am but definitely before 12:00pm.

She called me and was very upset telling me that they told her if your not here before 11:45am they won’t be able to help her as they don’t wait for anyone. They get paid to work till 12:00pm and they close the doors at 11:45am so they could they can be out by 12:00pm. WOW!!! Did you really just say that!

Very sad, as I think that I would allow customers in till my advertised 12:00pm closing and help those customers even if it meant me staying however to provide great customer service.

What happened to that type of customer service?

Otr Drivers..no overnight parking. Check in at the store ask for the manager. Having a spotter is best. Very tight area and lots of traffic.Driver has to back in. Break the seal. Hand unload. Took 4 and half hours to get unloaded. Hand unloader and fork lift driver will let you know when are you unloaded.

They are a Kohler rep with a rack full of their repair parts and cartridges. It looks like they're a fully stocked plumbing supply that would probably be able to fulfill your plumbing needs.

An Employee was very rude to me when I arrived at 4:50 and tried to close the gate so I could not park. I was told they “don’t close at 5, we leave at 5.” I even called ahead to say I would be there just before 5 and they gave me an attitude over the phone as well. I will not return to this place. Terrible customer service.
