Competitive prices the only reason why I give it 3 stars is because of employees; the younger employees don’t care about the customer experience they ignore you. They don’t work as a team they try to do the least as possible -and take for ever at the register. This young lady at returns wanted a receipt for a return when I was giving her the credit o used to pay to look for the transaction I know it can be done other employees had done it in the past but she refused to so I ended walking out with my unreturned item it’s in my garage now; it’s fine I just didn’t not had the energy to argue for a 25 dollar item.

Worst customer service shopping experience ever … I will NEVER buy an appliance here again.
First my delivery is cancelled by text. NO washer for another 10 days. Then incorrect machines show up. Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone … 20-30 min holds .. just nothing. Then disconnected and agent doesn’t bother to call me back. Back on hold again … another 18 mins so far … horrible horrible horrible. Never again.

Update: 3rd delivery is also cancelled, no explanation, just a text message.. My Black Friday price is now gone, I have to pay full price ... eventually customer service agrees to a store credit. Just wow...
Now waiting a month since initial purchase. How are these people in Business? They snag you a price, no one else can match.

I have been shopping at this homedepot for over 5 years and let me tell you it’s getting worse and worse. To get anything electrical is impossible with this store !!!!!! They make u wait over 30 min to get a simple breaker same for some over priced cable. Then ! I ordered an electric mower didn’t come with everything that it was supposed to come with over 4k and Home Depot gave me the run around for 1 month!!!! Then I had to cancel installations for the garage door 4k total and it’s been 3 month Home Depot gives me the run around so I went in today and called that order feels like they don’t need your business or money they hire kids that just got out of high school no one knew the the difference between a screw or a nail. I suggest you get your electrical from platz and your garage doors from lows

Waited for 30 minutes to get an “associate” to cut wire in electrical. They kept paiging over the intercom. And I kept waiting. Went to the opposite end of the store where there is 5 employees standing around. I’ll send someone over there, how long am I supposed to stand around waiting. I’m sure I would be there all night if I didn’t keep going to find someone. Nonetheless, I’m still waiting, and probably never going back to this Home Depot. Management is definitely MIA at Watsonville Home Depot.

I think I’m at a 40 minute wait now. I can do 5 more minutes, and then I’m out. Watsonville Home Depot management must be MIA, how many times can they paige for an electrical associate to assist a customer waiting in aisle 43. This is absurd. I tell them I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes now and they look at me like I have horns. Train your darn staff management this is absurd, worst Home Depot experience ever! This is beyond lack of customer support.

Waited over 30 min for propane. Team couldn’t find the key or understand how the automated machine worked. Total incompetence. Store manager was too lazy to come out and try to fix things. Instead just kept directing the staff to try different keys over and over while I’m waiting the entire time

They have everything you need from home building supplies to plants. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The garden section is awesome.
