Took my bike front tire in to have a tube replacement and learned that the new bike tubes have a special end that has to have an attachment on it in order to blow it up. Things have certainly changed. I was charged $10 for the special attachment and $5 to put it on my bike. So if you by a new bike tube from Walmart you can by this Special Adapter from Hometown Supply.

I called them this morning due to a leak in my apartment which caused a leak to the tenant below me. We have no maintenance guy or on-site manager, but I was told to call them!! These guys were fast, friendly, and provided GREAT service!! They fixed what could’ve been avoided almost 2 years ago!! I appreciate the service these gentlemen gave me!! Will most definitely recommend them to others!!

If I could give this no stars I would. Service is crappy. Complicated story but I had a problem with the tire on my car they wouldn't let my brother fix it there only had one stud holding my tire on. Had to drive it next door to Shane's body shop. Mr Shane even let his workers fix my car one of them bought the parts I needed and another one did the work. Mr Shane wouldn't let me pay him. Its hard to find kindness in people anymore. But I promise if there's anything Mr Shane and his guys can do for you you'll be pleased. I love Mr Shane and his guys cause the didnt have to do that for me. We need to spread the word for kindness like this these days cause its so hard to find. Thank you Mr Shane for your sincere kindness to me and my brother.

Some employees are well-intentioned yet lack the diligence/knowledge required for warranty repair service. One elderly man answering the phones is completely devoid of customer service skills. Their store’s process for getting parts ordered, despite the customer being armed with all important numbers, needs MAJOR improvement.

Rated 1 star because I can't rate any lower!!
Not only will I never shop at Home town Supply in Dublin because of the million cats they have running around and cat boxes everywhere or the horrible smell of cat urine so heavy I could throw up! They are also WAY OVER PRICED! Same exact part i bought online for $17 charged me $69. The owner Glenn Register was oh so Christian like telling me that i didn't know what the hell I was doing because I'm a woman buying a heating element for my dryer and because I demanded a refund after being talked to like trash he then threatened to throw the element at my face! In front of my 1 year old. Another fine business in Dublin
