Worst customer service. Chris is one of the rudest customer service agents I’ve ever spoke to. It may just be a California thing. Their communication is horrible and they do not know how to take responsibility, instead they like to blame you because “they are perfect” they won’t give tracking info instead they will tell you that “your email is not valid” and they won’t give you tracking info over the phone. I won’t EVER purchase a Hutchins product and I’ve been using Hutchins for 27 years. Thanks Chris!

I've been doing automotive collision now for 42 years. I first borrowed a Hutchins MA8 sander in in the fall of 1980. I still own every Hutchins I bought and they still work like new. Also,no finger joint problems. Vibration free. ThanksHutchins.
