I have stayed here many time and was
a loyal Hyatt member.
This time, I booked an extra night because I was arriving the next morning, and wanted to have a room as soon as I checked in. I called in advance to let them know I’m arriving the next morning, so please don’t cancel my room. (I have done this in any hotel around the world and never had a problem)
When I arrived they said they canceled my reservation because I No-Showed, and charged me one night. I reminded them I had called, and was assured it would not be a problem. I followed up with the manager and World of Hyatt, and no one will refund me the one night. The manager doubled down that it is non-refundable, and sent me a long page of their policy, in bold.
They won’t do the right thing, for a loyal customer.

Nice hotel in a great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was easily able to accommodate (very) early check-in. Checked all the boxes! Comfy bed, good location, nice breakfast, spa and fitness room. Would definitely stay again. Stayed in top floor, so had a nice view of the nearby mountains, and was very quiet.

Could be a good hotel. Not great. But I struggle with sleeping when i can’t adjust the room temperature. They say the rooms have ac but it never cooled my room. Changed rooms middle of night. Made this strange fort to try to capture the tiny ac air. Windows don’t open.

Hotels at a minimum should be good for sleeping.

Hotel was nice but in this day and age internet is a must have. The internet speeds at this place are garbage - ~5-10mbps at best but often crashing or slowing down to where websites and videos can't load.

No excuse for this - time for hyatt to invest in some improvements here.

I’m never someone to write bad reviews but I simply have to mention how much of a dumpster fire this hotel is. Starting off with the fact that the lobby is under reservations and there were no clear signs where to check in. Let me talk about the general manager Extended the room as some of my plans have been rearranged for me flying down because of some health issues with family members. When I had tried to extend again it showed very clearly on my bank statement that they charge me $310 for the deposit. I think everything’s fine I go shopping I come back. I go down to the front desk to the manager and he is entirely disrespectful. I show him my bank statements and that they did charge me for the room and he just keeps shrugging his shoulders saying I don’t know. Clearly they need better training to deal with customer support. I repeatedly tried to show him my bank statements and he told me that I need to call my bank to deal with it. I once again I’m going back-and-forth with him on the charge and then this guy literally starts explaining it to me like I’m stupid. I get on the phone with my bank and they confirm that the charge is legitimate and when I tried to talk to him he just kept talking over me and was being entirely disrespectful. I am not exaggerating when I say I’ve never been upset enough to write a bad review for anyone in my entire life.this was the first time I am deeply upset at the poor quality of communications and how they handle customers and how they handle reservations. That hotel needs an entire revamp on dealing with customer more communications and learning how to show someone basic kindness and politeness. Since the manager there did call me a liar multiple times I am going to attach the receipts that they did charge me with dates. If you can avoid this place I absolutely would there are better branches/other hotels choose from that won’t waste your time and won’t mansplain things to you and won’t be disrespectful to you. The blatant sexism I experienced here deeply hurts my soul and it’s amazing that in 2024 I should come across someone who thinks I’m stupid lesser than them simply because of my gender.

If I could give -0 stars I absolutely would. Let me tell you all about this dumpster fire experience of a hotel. First the hotel is under construction and there were no clear signs as to where to check in as the lobby is a mess. Second my dates for flying out got postponed and when I had extended the room around the third night it very clearly charged me and the manager was trying to gaslight me and tell me that on there and they only charged me $100 but on my end it showed $310.22 for the room plus deposit. I explained they did charge me and they kept calling me a liar. I will attach the screenshots and receipts. I believe the managers name was Logan. They don’t know how to train their staff nor do they know how to manage reservations. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else. Also they have literal mode on the duvet itself.

The hotel is under renovation and was a mess. There was dust and caution tape in the downstairs loby. The pool was over chlorinated and unusable. I was going to check out but ended up staying because the staff is amazing. They apologized endlessly, and did everything they could to make my stay better.

I went with my family for an overnight trip. The room was clean, as well as the rest of the hotel. However, the toilet kept backing up and I required calling the front desk. Additionally, some of the lights did not work or would flicker when turned on. Also, the incidental charge for one night is $100, so be prepared.
