I think Scott is awesome! When I first moved to DB I had a problem with my hoist and Scott came out and because he said it was an easy fix he did not charge me. Last week my motor went kaput and he immediately answered my call diagnosed the problem and fixed it! All without me being home which is important because I did not have to take time off work. Scott thank you!

I have a 12 year old Hydrohoist that has rusty steel parts and some have rusted away. I was able to get in touch with Scott 8 months ago and he sent me a quote for all of the steel parts. I have been in touch with him on his cell phone but he always has an excuse why he can't come out. Evidently Hydrohoist is only interested in selling new units, not serviceing old ones.

This is not even a real business, his address is fake, he never answers his phone, and does not even have a business license. He should not even be in business, I cannot believe that a company like Hydro-Hoist would let him use their name.
