Don't bother contacting them for accommodations or help. They're only interested in racking up a price and are very curt.

This is ironic considering their website says the exact opposite ("We are here to help you with your project. We do our best to make sure you get what you want no matter you are Hollywood director or film school student."), but it's all talk.

A colleague informs me to avoid them anyway, as the sets are cheaply made and have little upkeep.

Jail, court and hospital. Lots of sets options at this location. Makeup Room / Production office available inside and lots of parking space outside is enough for production. They even have set outside ready for filming. Rapid response from the owner when we making rental deal. Strong supporting from the location manager when we meeting problem on set. We would love to come back and make another commercial or film.
