After 7 years in the house I was renting I got a front was evicted because the landlord wanted to raise the rent because I was the lowest rent of 4 units. It was that and the fact that he wanted to recoup his money because he had to replace the air-conditioning on the roof. I went from the beginning of June to after the 4th of July until I got air-conditioner. And the care I took of a half dead, and bringing it back to life and green. Do not trust them because it can happen to you!
