I recently hired Nick from ITOLOGIST to help me with a full installation and setup of the following devices for my home, including full integration with Amazon Alexa on several Apple devices: Nest Learning Thermostat, Nest Smoke + CO alarm (3), Ring Doorbell Camera, Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler Controller, and Gogogate2. Nick is very professional, well-educated, qualified in IT, a problem solver, and does not cut corners or steps in the installation process to ensure that things are done right the first time! On a prior occasion, I hired Nick to upgrade my MacBook Pro and trouble shoot some issues I was having with my Apple Airport Extreme (Wifi Router). I am very pleased with all the work I have hired Nick to help me with and the fees I paid for his services were very reasonable. I look forward to recommending Nick to my friends and to having him to do some work for my home office sometime soon.

I am famous in our business for crashing every computer I work on. Always pushing the limits of the operating systems and firing on multiple cylinders. ITologist is hands down the best support I have ever had! They have our systems configured so we NEVER go down and get immediate attention when needed! Remember when you didn’t give IT another thought.. we only had on and off switches? Well that’s what it’s like having them on your team!!
