These guys busted the mainline coming off my tank, my neighbor witnessed it, and didn't tell me. I had friends stay the night and nearly suffocate when the leaking propane filled the house. Their Chief Operations guy told me they had plans to fix it 2 weeks later without telling me anything had happened, and then charge me $500 for it. What a joke.

I have never had so much trouble with a company! I do not recommend back Griggs! Every time I order propane the office messes orders up! Says they came and couldn't find my front door!! The back Griggs in town is amazing the woman in the office you call to order from have no idea what they are doing. They just want to get you off the phone come delivery day and they don't show up they don't call you. And when you call them everything changes! Not only is back Griggs the most expensive propane company I have dealt with it is by far the worst from the customer service to the drivers!! I will give one star for the people who our in my hometown office because they actually care about people!

We reached out to the company in the summer when we moved into our new home. I was given a NEW customer price, but we did not need a fill. I reached out several weeks ago to have our tank filled. The turn around time was over a week before we could be added to the delivery schedule. We were charged THREE TIMES that new customer price quoted and our tank was TURNED OFF. Upon email communication with the company, I was told I wasn't a new customer (it was my first fill), that the price quoted was no longer valid (not stipulate din the email) and that nothing could be done. Paid my bill and will NEVER use them again. Shady, dishonest, and terrible communication practices. AVOID.
