I can't begin to describe how helpful all the employees at James True Value were. They took the time, a bit of time, to assist me with my plumbing problem. Diagrams we're drawn, parts were put together. I left confident knowing I could resolve my plumbing problem that has plagued me for so long. A very big thanks to all at James True Value! This is now my go to store for home repair.

I purchased front doors along with 6 other doors & screens. I received exemplary service from the entire team with a shout out to Fred. He handled all my needs, along with my many changes, with kindness, professionalism and a "no problem" attitude.. If he wasn't available, there was always another member of the staff to step in. He also coordinated my needs with Dave in the Hardware store. He, like Fred, went over and above. It's so nice to receive this kind of service when "big box" has taken over. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND James Company!!

I ordered retro fit windows for our home and the average per window cost was approximately $250 cheaper than a window installation company quote.The estimated delivery date was 4 to 6 weeks and we received the windows less than a month later. The salesman at James Hardware also helped load the windows into the bed of my pickup truck. I went to 2 of the nearby big box stores and received no help from anyone in the window sales area. I went to James Hardware window sales area and received prompt and knowledgeable service. I ordered the windows immediately because I had the sizes and types listed for them. I will ordering an additional 4 windows soon.
