Deborah and the other women that work in jewelry are very unprofessional i called many times to know if my order was ready for pickup and all they would say is your order is not in yet wait 4 to 6 weeks when it had already been 8 weeks, I was also quoted 50 $ when i came to pick up my order i ended paying135$ because Deborah didn't know what the hell she was doing or saying this lady was all over the place, I've bought jewelry from here in the past about 6 pieces or so but I will not be returning to this location the new people need to be retrained in order to offer better customer service

If I could give this store zero Stars I would, although the women retail employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. *REASON FOR ZERO STAR REVIEW* My girlfriend was harassed by a plain clothes man while I was in the restroom. He was very rude and condescending. He was insinuating that her and I were thiefs!! I get it, we're in Hemet and the community can use some cleaning up but regular citizens shouldn't be accosted for no reason! We came in together then separated. while I looked at socks she was looking at all sorts of stuff like women do. I got a phone call and stepped outside. when the phone call ended I headed inside to the restroom. During this a man (plain dark clothing with no name tag or indication as an employee) approached my girlfriend and insisted she hand over the clothes she was carrying. Originally saying he would bring it to the register so she didn't have to carry it over her arm (1 shirt and 1 pair of pants! 🙄). After he had the clothes he aggressively told her to leave! That he doesn't "play that game here!" She was confused and then offended. Being as I have the money and not knowing where I was she had to ask this man to allow her to stay.. and buy the things we CAME TO JCPENNY TO PURCHASE!! I was called and asked to hurry, and so I quickly made my way to the register and paid apologizing the whole way about my absence. On the way out she relayed her experience and I almost walked back inside to call the guy named and whatnot. Instead here I am, whoever he is he needs some training or a different line of work. Crazy.

I was pleasantly surprised very well stock with all kinds of items. I was looking for a suit plenty to choose from. Many sales are going on with even 50% off on many items. They only thing was disappointing that they didn't do alterations on suites and pants. Very nice staff members always said hello. Great guest engagement!
