Overall experience was good. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Armando. He welcomed us, told us about the deals, we said we wanted to just look around, he left us alone. It was great. Armando would come and check up on as here and there. Very pleasant customer service.

Unfortunately we did not buy anything, my wife and I just couldn’t agree on a sectional sofa. I wanted leather, she wanted fabric, I wanted a recliner, she wanted store place lol.

We’ll keep looking!

It was very easy to make a decision and Mohammed ran us through the process very smoothly.
We bought a new mattress and a frame and liked the options better at Jerome’s than another large furniture store we visited earlier in the day. happy with our purchase!

Our Sales person Joseph made the difference. He was so helpful and went out of his way to help us in a non-pushy way. He informed us of great protection plan which we purchased from him and he made this large purchase a great experience. Very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with. He read us just right and left us to look until we actually needed his help, then when he did, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately his colleague came over and tried to hard sell on extended warranty, which wasn't appreciated. Why butt in when you have no feel for the customer Especially when Joe had made the experience so pleasant.
We left happy and looking forward to our order arriving mostly because of Joe and his clear understanding of what we needed.

Update: Jerome's showed up to remove the couch, because they were going to change it out with a new one, I'm happy about that. However, here come more problems. First, the team that was scheduled to pick the couch up, arrived AFTER the arrival window with only a 10 minute heads up phone call, which doesn't allow much time for planning. The crew then entered my house and removed the WRONG couch, and took it all the way out to the street and almost loaded it into their truck before we caught what they were doing. They brought the wrong couch back inside only to track dog poop all over my house and somehow all over the back of the WHITE couch, they probably set the couch down in the grass. Now I have dog poo everywhere, and they did not clean anything off. They did, however, manage to clean the bottom of their shoes by scraping the dog poo on the front step of my door. So now, I have a house full of smeared dog poo tracked all throughout my living room, all over the back of my couch, and in scraped piles at my front door. You can't make this stuff up.

Couch showed up on time, however, that was the only positive. Couch came two different colors and with a tear in the back. Going to have to go through the whole process over again and waste a bunch of time getting it right. I’ve used Jerome’s before, but probably won’t move forward

we first met Joseph through a text on a Sunday morning. I was looking at some furniture and had some questions and he got back to me immediately. I then met him at the store in the afternoon and purchased the furniture that we had been discussing. What a wonderful experience He is professional and helpful and there was no hard sell. I had not been in a Jerome’s store for a while and liked the quality of the furniture as well as the prices. Very happy with our purchase and in fact ended up buying a separate piece that we liked. Totally recommend this store location In Laguna Hills and Joseph in particular! So nice to do business with a smart and professional young man. They’re lucky to have him.
