Very high quality piping and great customer service. I ordered a batch of aluminum tubing and one pipe was damaged in shipping. Immediately after contacting JMD they replied to my email and shipped out a replacement the same day! Would 100% recommend JMD.

I do not recommend doing business with this company, After spending multiple $1000s of dollars they refuse to answer the phone or emails. I requested and paid for over night shipping, But they sent it normal mail and the order was incomplete. Still have not revived the rest of my order or a answer to my multiple emails and phone calls.

This company is overpriced !!! You can buy V-bands with clamps for the price that you pay for just the machine v-band rings... Customer service representative was rude telling me there is nothing to talk about when discussing the quantity and pricing of the rings. Thought I was purchasing at a per set price there units are not, it's by the pieces. There is no option to select male or female I would recommend shopping elsewhere for products this was a test drive for future big business but clearly it's a fine print company.

Went to this place about a year ago was not very friendly. Seemed like he was always just trying to get me out. Went back on Monday and Adan went above and beyond to make sure I understand what I’m buying. He told me ask any and every question I have. Gave me A+ customer service and because of him I will definitely go back and refer family and friends.
