They were very nice on the phone.

Came in for a specific issue with an engine light on. They fixed it in a few hours. They only charged the fee for 1hr since they fixed it during the initial inspection.

Even though I know my car has other problems, they didn't try to force me to fix them, they just did the work I wanted.

I'll definitely be coming to them in the future.

I go out of my way to bring my BMW here and only here for many years. Dave is friendly and communicative. They always do amazing work for great price. They are also very quick to diagnose and fix any issues. Needless to say, I’ll be coming back whenever I have an issue.

Honest & knowledgeable shop that are in the business for the long run instead of squeezing every penny out of the customers , like many auto shops do.My wife took her car for the first time a few months back and they found out the issue on her car was actually covered by a manufacturer’s recall , so they saved us a lot money.
I took mine yesterday because at an oil changers they thought I had a leak on the transmission oil tank. They inspected it and told me there is no such leak but a normal wear and tear of the tank that don’t need to be replaced . Dave didnt charged me anything even if they took the time to inspect it and saved me a few hundred bucks that many other mechanics would have charged me. As a business owner myself this kind of operations deserve all the praise and support. The best part is now I know where to take my car next time . Amazing !

I just moved to the area a few months ago. Unfortunately my BMW 328i fully stopped on me as I was getting home. I gave John’s European a call based on their amazing reviews. I spoke with Dave, he was extremely friendly made me feel confident I’d find out what was wrong with it soon. I had my car towed in. Sure enough a few hours later he called me with a very reasonable price and got right to work. When I pick up my car I couldn’t believe that it was better then expected. I had been having issues with one of my windows, sometimes it would open and sometimes it wouldn’t well now it’s fully working all the time. I’m beyond happy with his work, these reviews don’t lie. I will be back since he even reminded me my oil change and breaks will need work soon before I left.
