By far, the best experience I’ve ever had with an air conditioning company. I had another company give me a quote on a repair and it was astronomical. Yes I have an older system. But a fan capacitor was all I needed for the system to be running again. Mitchell explained all of the issues and what was going on with my system. I may need some repairs in the future, but certainly not as much as what the other company wanted to do which was replaced the entire system. At some point I may have to do that and I definitely would go with this wonderful company. Thank you, Mitchell and Just Right Air Conditioning.

UPDATE: so in the end I needed a new air conditioning system. I had had other quotes that were way too expensive for us. Just Wright gave us an affordable quote. They completed the work in five hours. And we absolutely love our new air conditioning system.

I chose Justright Services because their Web site clearly lists all the items to be checked for the AC system cleaning service. They also had highest ratings with a very reasonable service charge. The appointment was also very easy to make on my own cell phone by myself. The service tech Anthony was very polite, nice and did an excellent job. He explained clearly the result of the maintenance work. I am very happy with this company.

We have been with Just Right for a few years now, and we're on their membership plan. We've had exceptionally great experience with Drew and his contractor, Chris. The company is so responsive and after years of being with them, their consistency and professionalism truly is unmatched. I highly recommend them if you need a new AC unit, if you have to get your HVAC system checked out, maintenance, etc. Their entire team is the best.

Excellent and am calling Just Right from now on for our AC. We were able to get a same day weekend appointment when our thermostat stopped working. Technician Zach was super nice, let us know when he was on the way, and was able to fix the issues to get our air back and working thank goodness! He was also good to our dog so that’s a bonus star.

They scheduled a visit as quickly as possible. Next day. Zach arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the situation, found a wire that was compromised, and changed it out. Has the service up and running again in 2 hrs. Suggested an upgrade for the system that will hopefully get us 3-5 more years out of this old system. Great service, and excellent work!

Anthony showed up ahead of the scheduled time for our Heating/Air service maintenance appointment. He was courteous, knowledgeable & understood the work requested & required for the system. He had replacement parts on hand for a couple of issues discovered. His work was neat, clean and performed in a timely manner. Just Right Services communications (text, email, etc.) was thorough & timely. Just Right Services will be on my "go to" list moving forward!

Our furnace went out and needed to be replaced. We reached out a number of companies for a new replacement HVAC system for our home. Just Right Services came in at a good price for a new 19 SEER heat pump system. We are extremely happy with our system choice! However, we are not pleased with how Just Right Services left our new unit on a floating base. We were told during the install that we'll have to find a contractor to come out and build a proper base for the unit. This required us to have Just Right Services to come out ($$) to uninstall/reinstall the system so the new concrete base could be built. When the technician came out for uninstall, he also questioned why his own company left this new system like this.

Why didn't Just Right Services build the base prior to the installation? Or, inform us prior to installing the new system that this what needed to be done

Great service. VERY thorough. Technician Chris was personable and professional. Checked out our A/C system, added iron, cleaned the items that needed cleaning and did his best to make sure we are ready for summer. Could not be more pleased
