Easy check in they have a construction 🚧 going on but not bad to the point you can’t back in which is plenty of room. Delivery was less than a hour to unload. No overnight parking

I had a delivery on the fifth the paperwork said the fifth my Dispatch said the fifth the broker said the fifth and the guy unloading me said that it wasn’t scheduled until the sixth and that I had to get worked in terrible place to deliver and then on top of that they cut my strap instead of just taking it off the laziness is unreal!!!!

Showed up at appointment time loaded and out in 1 hour. Make sure reefer is clean no tears in wall or floor 2 load locks in back 35 continuous. All in all not bad. They do have a long drive down to the gate and you can park in dirt on both sides.

It's hit and miss picking up loads here. They frequently have problems getting loads released for loading by their lab or quality control people. Loads are arranged days before hand but not prepared before appointment time. It happens too often. As with many shippers and receivers, respect for the driver's schedule is pretty much non-existent. Perhaps the industry should consider this as one of the factors in driver shortages across the nation. Drivers are treated very poorly in general by shippers and receivers but some places really make you feel insignificant.

Today the guard was clearly displeased that I showed up 30 minutes early. It's a 4-5 hour drive depending on weather, accidents and road construction. Arriving 30 minutes early shows good planning. It should be celebrated not distained.

I'm back again. Let me add the bathroom is for real people, not drivers. Stop and use a restroom before going.

Heavy white lady with the purple mask in the guard shack must be miserable she is rude for no reason she needs another job where she doesn’t deal with people but nevertheless the warehouse is great
