Our booth came in sideways. Spoke to Steve and he blamed it on our graphic designer. While I can acknowledge we did have the mock up made, We were on multiple calls with him and never once did he or anyone mention our design was off. On a call I specifically asked if our booth would look like the mock up and Steve assured me it would. We are beyond upset, this is after purchasing a booth 2 years ago from him that had parts missing.
