Friendly professional staff. This is where hunters bring their deer, elk, pig/hog, steer...etc to be processed. Here it is aged then processed and packaged into desired cuts.

We have used Leon's for close to 40 yrs, when my kids had 4H and for my hunting animals. The people there may have changed over the yrs but the service and attitude have not. Great place to do business with, they have come in early on weekends to take in an Elk or Deer we have come back with from WY or NM and processed it just as we like it. Not many places like this anymore, I highly recommend them.

Service and speed of processing my Bull Elk from Montana was less than 2 weeks!! The cuts were spot on and the Ranch seasoning added into the hamburger meat is Awesome. The amount of meat dropped off versus what I picked up was ample minus the boning process. If I am ever in Cali again, I will bring all my meat to Leon’s!!!!

I dropped off a wild pig in December and had primal cuts done with some German sausage. Just got around to having one of the smoked hams for Easter and boy was it great!!! Going hunting again in May and plan on primal cuts again but getting spicy Italian sausage this go around. Thanks, Jim.
