I visited the club as a guest to take a yoga class and joined immediately! Day 1 I met Koda at the front desk who made me feel right at home, set me up with a membership advisor, and has greeted me (nearly) every day since with a big smile and friendly hello! He made me feel at home from the start and brightens up my day every time I visit, letting me know of any new upgrades or club features I may not have used yet, like the mobile ordering to the cafe which I now live on. There is so much to do here, the facilities have so much to offer and the custodial staff keeps it immaculate for us! Machines are always working, amd the special events are fun and engaging; like the recent Puppy Yoga benefit which Karen and the concierge worked very patiently with me to add guests and we all had a blast! This gym is a second home to my family now thanks in large part to Koda and the rest of the staff whom I cannot speak highly enough about.

We had an amazing tour of Life Time Fitness with Courtney, and she was fantastic! The facility is phenomenal — clean, spacious, and full of great amenities — but Courtney really made the experience stand out. She took the time to understand what was important to us and made sure to highlight those areas during the tour. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel totally welcome. Thanks, Courtney!

Most people from other states might view this nice location as a Beverly Hill's, CA movie set image 😀

I sent this email to the LT Shop:

“To whom it may concern:

I bought a gift certificate from your website on 12/24/24 for $150. My mother never received the email for the gift certificate. I even double checked in the confirmation email that I had entered the correct email, which I did. So, I forwarded her the email I received from your website claiming that it was sent to her. I also called the number on the website and left a voicemail to resolve the issue. No one ever called me back.

She then booked her massage today, 2/19/25, and the employees at the Laguna Niguel Lifetime Spa did not honor the certificate and informed her that the website is a separate entity from the spa. Therefore, my mother had to pay out of pocket.

She has been under a tremendous amount of stress, and her doctor told her to do something for herself to decrease her stress levels. So, she scheduled her massage at one of your properties. She ended up leaving very frustrated and stressed again.

I would like to be refunded my money and receive a free massage for my mom.”

I’m disappointed with their customer service.

They basically got $300 out of us.

I will not use their services again.

Phucking mint 👌🏻 I couldn't figure out why they kicked me out of the gym. But then I realized this turned me to vodka cranberries. I did nothing wrong.
I was wondering why my stocks dropped For this company.
Only some people do this, you know who you are.
You ruined a good place for everyone.

My experience is when approaching this magnificent building and park my car at this beautiful parking structure then approaching to the lobby and seeing all these professional beautiful people then walking to the lobby and amazing smell of the space and the beautiful receptions I already feel I got my money’s worth. Not to mention the great changing room, shower, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, all the amenities, and then I go upstairs using all these high tech equipment, pleasant space to workout and seeing all these good looking people around as well as great classes including hot yoga, it just makes LifeTime the place to be!

Inconsistencies, staff not great in communication, facility big and clean, parking lot closing was not clear, ongoing delays in the outside area being reopened and pricing changes not clear. Hours great. Cafe a nice perk. Good selection of times for classes but they lack personalization by the instructors. Experience could be pleasant overall if a few things were worked on.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Lifetime Fitness in Laguna Niguel! The facility is truly top-notch, with everything from well-maintained equipment to beautiful pool areas and spacious workout rooms. It’s clear they prioritize a clean, welcoming, and motivating environment.

The team handled our recent membership changes with such care and efficiency, even waiving the standard cancellation notice for us and processing everything seamlessly. I felt genuinely taken care of, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
