After much excitement to buy fresh meat straight from farm, this place was a let down. Where their meat is sold smelled like urine. The meat available was a small selection and did not look very good. I went there to purchase $500+ dollars of red meat and left with 2 packages of sausages and salami and one overpriced tri tip. The sausages smelled rancid the day after I cooked them. The chorizo salami was yummy but seemed to give us stomach issues. The other stuck of salami I found had 2 labels! I peeled the top back and saw and expired date! Opened the salami, MOLD! Not the kind that is supposed to be there either! Pictures attached. Would not go back!!!!

I've got several hole hogs from them and never ever had a problem. Love everything about Long Ranch. Prices, service. The best. Oh and patient. Believe me I can ask some crazy questions and they are on it. If you are a newbie and want to cook a hole pig for a family gathering and not sure how. Ask, they can tell you how big or small you will need and suggest different cooking methods if need be. A big thumbs up in my book. I believe it's about time I order another pig. Oh Piece to you all and happy Holidays.

In the 5yrs coming here I have never had an issue. Now living in west texas I bring a cooler and bootleg their products back whenever I return (driving) for work. The 2 pix of meat products layer out and coolers were my recent haul in mid Jan 2025.

I highly Recommend the big smoked hams for holidays.
The marinaded Santa Maria roasts Bacon
Pork chops
BBQ snack sticks just to name a few.

Called long ranch from 8am to 12pm trying to get through finally got through around 10am. The white lady there had a really bad attitude when I tried to order at 10am. So decided to Call back later hoping to talk to someone that’s not so rude. At 1pm, I called back but she ends up answering so I asked to put in an order and she said that they were closed but the website stated 2. She got mad when I stated that and she just hangs up and never answered the phone again. Been buying pigs there for 8years… recently bought 10 about a month ago. Never again

Great place for live stock pigs and more. Family owned and nice establishment. Easy entrance and existing or parking. Clean envoirment and buyer has option to pick their own pig. Give good detail of how you like your product/pig . Payment for live stock , "is best to RSVP before your event or you will not be guaranteed a product/ pig of your choice. Seems to be manly Pigs but I've had excellent service. Only bought 3 so far, and will be purchasing more in future. Paid 180$ for 70lb pig , they also have other options for your style of cooking and or receiving( cut/ whole size). Thanks , for your service . 🌟⭐ 🌟 🌟🌟

What a treasure! Great pork and friendly staff. This places raises and butchers at the location. They are part of our community providing us with High Quality Protein at a good and fair price. We go here on Saturdays and usually see the same young lady working. She is friendly and helpful. I look at this way, good community partner, check, providing some employment opportunity for our youth, check, high quality food grown by our neighbors provided to us at a fair market price, check, This is right place to spend your dollar. Support our friends and neighbors!

The best in anything pork with a great selection of excellent beef steaks as well. Quality meats.

I don't believe that it's possible to find a better choice of pork products in South San Joaquin County. The ribs, bacon, chops, pork belly, or just the entire pig, it doesn't get any better than this.

I have to add that their selection of high quality beef steaks knock the socks off of any other place locally. The steaks are marked choice. However, if that is choice then the others are substandard.

I highly recommend this gem of a meat market. If you haven't been there you really need to check it out.
