Excellent wines, knowledgeable staff, great views, and tasty cheese board! The wines at MacRostie were excellent. We had a tasting consisting of three Chardonnay’s and three Pinot Noir’s that were paired with the cheese board. They pour all the whites at the same time which allows you to play around with the wines and pair them with the items on the cheese board. Then you get to do the same with the reds! It’s was a fun and tasty experience.

It was nearly impossible to outshine the sun and beautiful blue skies today, but Bri truly did! We loved every single wine we tasted and the charcuterie, but our conversations and interactions with Bri were second-to-none. Thank you for delicious wine and food, classy but casual atmosphere, and top-notch service. I hope to return soon.

Better call Sol!

My wife picked MacRostie from a reel she saw online and we figured, why not, let's give it a shot. Just the view driving into the property was amazing, truly what you think of when you think "let's go to a Sonoma winery". We were greeted immediately and given a glass of wine, the employees were super friendly and welcoming. They said since it was a slower day we could pick anywhere to sit and I said "give us the best view", and man, they did not disappoint.

Our wine tasting host for the afternoon was Sol, and man, I could not have imagined a better host if I had tried. He was friendly, chatty and extremely knowledgeable. As someone who never has really appreciated wine, Sol went out of his way to help me understand what I was drinking and tailored our tasting to the things I was enjoying. I really can't say enough about how perfect of a tasting it was.

After our trip was over my wife and I reflected on our favorite parts and both of us agreed, MacRostie had the best tasting experience, both from the view, the host and the delicious wine.

If you're on the fence, take the word of someone who doesn't drink wine, this place is amazing.

This was our first stop celebrating a 30th birthday through a day of wine tours! Cory was our server and he did not disappoint. We continued to talk about the unique and individualized experience we got from him for the remainder of the day. The grounds were immaculate, clean, and absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I were members here before Covid. We decided it was time to revisit here for a tasting. We had a wonderful experience(as expected) and decided to rejoin the wine club. Their Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs are fantastic and the setting is exquisite. Ready to sit in another beautiful environment with amazing wines? You are in the right place. Less of a tour through the vineyards but more focused on the tasting experience itself. Our host Bri, was amazing. She seemed to love her job and explained everything to us. The wines were delicious and we couldn’t resist to buy.

Absolutely stunning grounds and the wine was phenomenal. This is very high on my list of tasting experiences here in Sonoma County. Saul was really knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and having a fantastic visit. A top notch place for wine tasting, I have no complaints! Season our wine specialist was exceptional. We enjoyed our tasting experience and took home a sparkling wines. Love the inclusivity environment and views. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this winery - refreshing wines!
