We had never hired a Wedding Videographer before and we didn’t know what to expect. Marcos was responsive and understood how difficult this decision was for us. When I say responsive, I mean picking up the phone, answering emails in a timely manner, and being open to communication via text. He was meticulous in his attentiveness meaning he scheduled time to talk to us and get to know us prior to the big day and made sure we never felt rushed. He was good at listening during our phone conversations and making sure he understood our vision. He also had a very easy-going manner which matched perfectly with our personality. We definitely felt the attention to detail and that Marcos tailored our experience to fit our specific needs. We were blow away by the quality of the final product. Everyone that we show the video to tells us that they feel like they were there in person and that the video was beautiful. When we showed the video to family, tears were shed. You just can’t get that emotion from photography. We would 100 percent recommend Roca Films to anyone who wants a beautiful way to remember their special day.
