I have been dealing with these people for almost 10 years. I called today to order a new mask and hose for my cpap machine. They now say United Health won't pay shipping. I said fine I'll pay for shipping, the individual on the phone couldn't handle this simple request and basically blew me off. Greg Phillips

IF YOU NEED A WHEELCHAIR DON'T GO HERE. This is why... I ordered a wheelchair back on April 10th. Come this Saturday it will be 2 months later and still no chair. I called them today (Tuesday June 06) and got the Run-a-round of back order and before that manager even finished saying that he said the order was canceled because the company they get wheelchairs from TRIPLED the cost of the chair. In short I got a LOT of B.S. and no chair from someone that was in my insurance network.

These good people have been helping me take care of my father for months. They always have what I need, and delivered an oxygen machine and motorized chair within minutes of purchase. They provide the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommend them!

When your husband leaves his cpap machine at home(first time to pack his bags in 24 years & will never happen again).We're from Louisiana traveling to NC. We made it to Dublin Ga for the night on Dec 27th. I googled (cpap machine sold near me) Med 1st was the first one that popped up. So we got up on the 28th and drove there(after a sleepless night). Thank goodness they had one. All the guys was awesome and very understanding. I'm glad my husband knows his cpap number also . Thank yall again. Our trip was awesome.
