Was serviced by Mia. She was very unprofessional. She never introduced herself and instead of walking us through the options available and process she just showed us a poster and said “ this is what we have, you can pick”. I’ve been do MW dozens of times and have never been treated in such an unfriendly and unprofessional manner. I will avoid the MW at Monterrey Park from now on.

Have been to MW a few times. Bought a good number of suits. Always great service. Cordial and Professional. But sheesh, they blew it this time. I bought two suits for a wedding back to back. I get home and the suits look like they stuffed them in a gym bag. Absolutely wrinkled. So now I have to find someone to Press my suits at my destination wedding. Not a good way to start my trip.

It was honestly the best suit experience I’ve had, with a few very quick measurements, Maya was super helpful and very professional about my suit needs. First try on was the perfect fit! It’s my first time buying a suit here and I am not disappointed I will buy all my suits here! Definitely worth the price. Now time to Suit up! 🤵🏻‍♂️

Parking is located in the front of the store. And they allow you to try on the suit and hold on the suit of your liking for a few days.

First time attending a wedding, nervous wasn’t sure what to look for. Service was great, slightly understaffed but worth the wait. Luis assisted me with selecting my attire for the event. Great customer service, gave great options and his opinion which helped a lot, Luis knows his stuff. I greatly appreciate their assist and efforts in getting me sorted out with my attire. Really glad I came to this branch. I truly appreciate you guys! Thank you! Can’t wait to pick up my suit!
