From the moment we walked in, we were greeted quickly, warmly and immediately shown the vehicle we were interested in. The gentleman showing us around was extremely knowledgeable, shared insights about the hybrid we were sitting in but also gave us the opportunity to compare against a gas vehicle. We had a fantastic experience and were so pleased that we purchased our car that day. The other thing that we noticed was the hustle - buying a car is always such a lengthy experience but he moved so fast, made great use of our time and kept us apprised of where we were in the process. I also loved that we didn’t have a manager come over and try to hard sell us. When we got to the finance part of the day, again, another extremely professional and really nice representative. We would absolutely buy another car from them.

I’m not even sure how to start this review because I received such outstanding customer service. Let me start by saying I went to six other dealerships on the Monterey Peninsula and was treated with a lack of attention and very poor customer service. I have worked in sales and marketing my entire life and first impressions are everything. From the moment we called the dealership, we knew we had called the right place. Sam was attentive on the phone asked all the right questions in addition asked about our want and needs and overwhelmingly invited us in so that he could take care of us. I have to be honest here we had been out all day, looking at cars at multiple dealerships. The way we were treated on the phone is the reason that we walked in to the dealership and made that one last stop that day.
We drove to the dealership and were greeted by Sam, offered Mercedes bottled water in a comfortable, clean and elegant environment. Sam prepared for our arrival by having the vehicles we were interested in ready for us to test drive. I fell in love with a white SUV GLB 250. I have been through a financial hardship and was trying to rebuild my credit which my credit showed, but I had a very good track record of prior credit. Sam the salesman we worked with and their GM Quincy work tirelessly. They made phone calls directly to the lender and fought for my approval and they made it happen. This was all because they really believed in me and what I shared about my story….. This was not about them getting the next car sold. After the approval, of course comes The time to sign all the paperwork. Again, another great experience with Crystal one of their finance managers. She was it as excited as I was for my car purchase! She was extremely professional, answered some tough questions as I had a couple of guy friends helping me, Her answers were accurate about the maintenance plan and warranty plan that I wanted to purchase as were Sam’s. I felt comfortable and I trusted both of them because I was able to determine their knowledge on the products they sell. In the process of all this, I had some questions and Sam and Crystal had the day off and I needed a copy of something and Ross jumped in and made that happen. They all contributed to a successful sale for themselves and a purchase for me. Having been in the sales and marketing industry for well over 25 Years I would say this is pretty great teamwork it takes a village. Monterey Mercedes you are very lucky to have a team like this, because they do all the right things !!! These kind of successes are building customers for life. I will most definitely be buying my next car at Mercedes Monterey specifically because of this entire experience!!! So I ask you to do something nice for them. There is nothing better than being appreciated for doing a job well done!!!! Bravo 👏

Hello. I was and am very pleased with my whole experience of shopping for and purchasing a vehicle at Monterey Mercedes Benz. It was quick and clean, no nonsense. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Sam Siebach called me after seeing that I was looking to purchase a vehicle. He told me about a vehicle, it sounded too good to be true, but I had to see it for myself so I rushed down there and was in shock when I saw that it was exactly as had been described. I rushed down to my bank, got a certified check and went back and paid for it before it vanished like a mirage. I hadn't originally been searching for a Mercedes , but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Thank you Sam and the folks at Monterey Mercedes Benz.

I have never left a bad review for any business.
-They ran our credit without permission, and against our wishes after we told them we are paying cash.
-Then when the vehicle arrived to my house it had a blown out tire which we were not reimbursed for.

We came from out of state to look at the vehicle that we ended up purchasing from them. I made it clear all the way through the sales process that we would be paying cash. They told us at the closing desk that we had to put down Social Security number. The manager said that he wouldn’t run our credit.
*We found out afterwards that they ran our credit.
When the vehicle arrived to my property one of the tires was damaged by the shipping company, leaving it unsafe to drive. They told me that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the tire. They never paid me after I called multiple times over a 6 month period.
