It's off the beaten path but definitely worth a visit. Amazing deals for amazing cuts of meat. Whether you're looking for choice, prime or wagyu you'll find it here and it's fresh directly from the meat processing plant. So you're going to have a good steak with no middle man.

I've used them 3 times for custom meat processing. They have consistently have messed up my order. Most frustrating of all is they don't apologize and you have to practically beg for them to find out what went wrong. I have a colleague that sent her best steers here and they also messed up her order. They couldn't find her meat, missing cuts, tossed out bones & offal, etc. There is a huge disconnect between the office staff that takes your cut sheet, the people that intake animals, and the butcher team. No one is on the same page ever. Also their labels are not water proof and rip in the freezer. Other than the price being very reasonable, that is the only reason to come here, but it will be a gamble.
