I just opened a Processing Facility. And went to MPBS to get some Machines that I needed.

They were very quick to help to take my money when I needed to buy a machine.

But only a few weeks after I bought my "MPBS Brand Machines" I started to have problems. They then wouldn't return my calls. They were very rude to me over the phone. So I went in to try and see what I can do. I waited for almost 45 Minutes before someone came out to help me. Only for them to tell me sorry. We only offer 30 day warranties on our machines for Labor. And if you want us to fix it. It will cost you.

This was a machine error problem. Not a User Error Problem. I recently found out that most of there "MPBS Brand Machines" are either made in China, Korea, or they just slap there label on someone else's brand and say that it's theres. I spoke with the MFG of the Brand I needed to get fixed. And they told me about another Butcher Supply here in Los Angeles, I went in and they fixed it for free for me. They said no problem. The MFG covers these things so even though we didn't sell it to you we can still help you. Your Machine comes with a 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty.

I will never go back to MPBS and work with, Bob, Phil, or Carlos again...

Horrible customer service!! I placed an order by sending and e-mail but never received a response, tried calling but nobody answers the phone....I decided to go the MPBS store and some mad lady came out with an attitude asking me to send an e-mail to place my order again, at this point I'm ordering somewhere else where customer service is nice and they actually take my orders.
