I was searching for a local supplier that would custom cut plastic. I was impressed with the breadth of the product and services that they offered. The quoting response time was excellent and the pricing was good so i went for it. I drove up to pick up the order and Louie and the team were super helpful. I SUPPLIED MY MATCH PLATES TO A LADY. She said they could do the job. I received the proof and approved. I received the order and they were not the same as the proof. She argued with me and would not listen. I have both in my hand. She then said they do not want my business anymore and forwarded my match plate to some body she suggested. I never hard from them andI am now out my master. I also feel like I was discriminated against since I am a man. I think it is time for small claims.

ASK FOR JANICE!!!! after going to 7 other plastic stores around east bay and SF looking for help on a project, most either gave me a blank stare or said the lead time was around 3 weeks. Janice found what i needed, in the size i needed, and even was able to save me about 10% because she found what i needed already cut down to size. Seriously it was well worth the drive, and she even made notes in the system for when i go back next time (and i will be!)
