Wine Tours By Joy was fabulous!!! Joy helped us sort through which wineries, helped plan our itinerary, make reservations for us, helped us plan lunch, and had awesome communication with us leading up to our trip! The day of our trip, our driver, George, was fabulous!! Beyond just being our driver he was willingly our photographer, tour guide, and educator on all things wine and Napa related. He was very knowledgeable and taught us so much, not only about Napa but the wine industry’s history as well. He made the trip so much more than just driving from winery to winery. It was our first trip to Napa and we will definitely be back. And when we do are FOR SURE using this company again! Thank you for a fabulous day George! (Side note, we are so impressed by the recommendations Joy made; by FAR my absolute most incredible experience of the four days was our visit to Crane Family Vineyards, which Joy highly recommended, it was an experience I’ll never forget and didn’t want to end!!).

Our party of 8 had some last minute changes and were in need of some help getting our group around the Napa area. With less than 72 hours before our trip, I was able to get in contact with Joy and she was able to accommodate us last minute! We had the 9 seater van that came with a karaoke machine and our group had a wonderful time. Joy helped us throughout the two days we had with her and made sure we stayed on time everywhere we went! I would highly recommend using this company to any of my friends or family traveling to Napa!

My wife and I used Tours by Joy when we visited Napa. We were overwhelmed with all the options of winieries in the area, and were able to work with Joy to figure out great options for our specific preferences in wine. She is easy to work with and booked all of our winieries in advance. She was on time and ensured we stayed on schedule. We would highly recommend using Napa Wine Tours by Joy. The personal touches, expertise, accommodations, and price cannot be beat.

Joy and her team were the most fabulous drivers to work with. It was so nice to chat with her while en route to each winery. She had us on time to each tasting, made sure that we stayed hydrated by providing us water and took a photo of us out in front of each stop. I would highly recommend Napa Wine Tours By Joy; I know we will use no one but them when we return!

We had the pleasure of having Joy as our personal driver during our recent trip to Napa, and she was absolutely fantastic! Her and Buzz scheduled our tastings and were incredibly communicative, ensuring all the details were perfectly coordinated. Joy was so professional and kind, she even picked us up lunch while we were at a tasting. She definitely made our experience in Napa even more enjoyable. Joy was amazing, very punctual and just a delight to talk to in between wineries. She had great recommendations on restaurants was a fabulous driver, and her vehicle was perfectly clean. Offered us bottled water, I can’t say enough good things about her she is fab!

Joy was great from the beginning. She scheduled our winery visits and lunches. She was always available to answer questions, make suggestions and answered my texts promptly. She arrived on time, her vehicle was clean and very nice. We had plenty of time at each winery and arrived at our scheduled time for the next one. After a last minute cancellation by the winery, she scheduled an amazing substitute. We will definitely be using her on our next visit.
