This place has no concept of morality. Due to non preventable vehicle issues I was late for my appointment. I did show up late no dispute there. My company rescheduled prior to my late arrival a new appointment time of 0730 the next day. I arrived on-time the next day(30 minutes early) and was placed on door 6. They proceeded to unload every truck that arrived after my appointment time and had me sitting until all other trucks were offloaded. Once they finally got to me they proceeded to add on a $100 dollar late fee on top of an already higher than market Lumper fee totaling $395 dollars. Bottom line, if you're going to charge a late fee you should take it when it arrived late. Don't reject it and then charge a late fee when the driver shows up on-time for his new and confirmed the prior day appointment. That just isn't right. These Lumper services depend on drivers not caring because "It's not my money" I am not one of those drivers. If someone is wrong, it is wrong. It's doesn't matter whose money is involved.

Not good I’m not coming again here…… no parking…. 5 hrs to wait unloading not unload yet…. And manager inside use mobile phone they don’t care any driver our work

Night parking is available on street . Make sure not to park where curb is painted red. You can also back up on dock but you may have to move to another dock in the morning. Someone will wake you up before 6am. Dock 5 backing is bit difficult. For meat they start at 6 am. Nice staff. Clean washroom. Takes an hour to load.

I'm happy I only bring poultry here.

If you're bringing poultry, then you will be in door 1 only. Anything else, be prepared to work to back into the other doors. Cluttered road and plenty traffic makes for a headache.
