I’ve been a customer at OC Mail Store in Laguna Niguel for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful. They offer a wide range of services, from mail and shipping to computer repairs and even iPhones for sale. I was pleasantly surprised to find they also have a cool selection of records! I just renewed my P.O. Box for another year and have never had a single issue. The owners are genuinely kind people, and it’s always a pleasure to stop by. Highly recommend this place for its great service and welcoming atmosphere!

I brought my laptop to the Laguna Niguel location to have a key on my keyboard fixed. They were able to turn it around in just over an hour and it seems to be working great now.

This was my go-to place for all my shipments. NOT ANY MORE
There is this Asian guy who is always rude and always tells me there is an issue with my package (manufacturer issued package slip with tracking number. Today I told him you make things difficult on me, he proceeded with "then go somewhere else, you are being rude to me and I am teaching you how to do things"
Editing to update: I went to another mailing center on Alicia and they took the same exact package with the same exact label with no issue and they were super nice!!

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Refrain from bringing your phone or any other items, as they have demonstrated inexperience and dishonesty. The price fluctuated significantly in a short period, with four separate increases while I was at work. They returned my phone with a swollen battery, despite initially claiming there were no issues. Furthermore, they damaged my screen and attempted to retain it until I requested its return. The owner denied their ownership, despite being the actual owner. This establishment's actions compromised my child's safety by returning a phone with a swollen battery that overheats and is at risk of smoking. I urge you to avoid this place.

Went and got my iPhone repaired for less than $100 the whole front screen and front camera were completely shattered. Pac helped me out and he was super helpful and got my phone fixed in less than 30 minutes. Great service and great work!
