My order arrived in a very unacceptable condition! The box was smashed. The contents were leaking blood. The marinated chicken leaked. There was no dry ice on arrival. The meat was thawed not frozen. Unpacking and storing the meat was a very unpleasant, messy and time consuming experience. This was not what I was expecting for the fee involved!

Alhamdulillah! Shipping was so fast! Pricing is reasonable and the quality is very high!! Will definitely order again next week! We got the chicken tenders, ground beef, hamburger patties, and chicken egg rolls with the sweet garlic beef jerky. All very good! And surprisingly all arrived still frozen despite the distance!!

I do wish the website had size charts for the clothing though… a size small can mean many different things across many different brands.

It was my first time that I ordered meat online. We used to live in NYC and there was alot of halal meat stores than we could buy according to our wish but in Washington state unfortunately it's very difficult to find a halal butchery with fresh meat so we either had to buy from American store with halal sign on them or buy frozen meat from halal stores which were very disappointed. One day one of our muslim brother in masjid told us about the one stop halal online store which at first i was worried if to order or not because i never did this before but still I gave it a try and alhamdullah I made the great decision. The meat that I ordered were from chicken and veal and they were amazing. Fresh and delicious. We got something good after a very long time of looking. Thanks so much and please keep doing what you are doing. It's amazing.

I ordered over $150 of meat for a Monday BBQ with friends. The website says if I order on Thursday after 2pm it will be arrive on Monday. My order just sat there, nothing happened. I called them and they said so sorry, some of the products are out of stock, we will get it to you by Tuesday. Thanks, I needed it Monday. Don't rely on anything these people say. There was no notice on the website that products were out of stock and would not be delivered on time. The customer experience they deliver is bad before you even get the product.

It is now several weeks since i posted a one star review, but you have to give this place credit, they changed their delivery policy so shipments go out every day, no more waiting if you order on Thursday for food to arrive Monday or Tuesday. I've since ordered meat from One Stop Halal and it arrived right on time, and there never was a problem with their quality, it was always great. So they turned me around for sure.

Bad company with no customer service support. They say meat will arrive 2 but takes 3-4 days. They just leave it on doorstep with no knocking or doorbell. They refuse to take thawed meat back. Stay away. They have bogus fake reviews on their website.
