The Lovelady Center has used these fine people for years at our "Legacy of Love" Luncheon at The Club every February, our largest fundraiser of the year. Being fully aware that the fundraiser must be successful because we house, rehabilitate and educate over 500 women and children daily, we actually do not worry one bit about the audio visual role of our program BECAUSE the On-Site people are handling it for us. Will use them forever and would give TEN stars if that were an option in these reviews. I LOVE On-Site Productions!!!

I used On-Site Productions for lighting and DJ services at my wedding reception. They did an amazing job! They met me at the location of the reception a few months before and walked me through everything I wanted. They also gave me advice on things I hadn’t even thought of. They gave me a detailed quote before I agreed to any services, and I was able to add or subtract from that list until it was perfect for my event (and budget)! They were also open to my questions throughout the process. On the day of, the lightning was beautiful and the DJ did an amazing job keeping our party flowing! It went so smoothly, I didn’t have anything to worry about! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Working with On-Site was a great experience start to finish. They provided lighting, draping, and DJ services for our organization's Holiday Party. Everything arrived to the event just as was shown beforehand, and was set up correctly and efficiently. Their team members were extremely helpful and wanted to ensure that every detail was correct, and even helped to remedy a few items that other vendors did not deliver on.

Ryan was our point-person, and DJ, with onsite and he did a fantastic job.

When my husband and I were getting married, we debated getting a DJ, but I decided to meet with Ryan and I’m so glad I did. First, he was so friendly and very prepared for our meeting. During the meeting, I also decided to go with uplighting and he gave us a great price plus a military discount for my husband. I left that day and almost immediately called him back to confirm with him because I had already been so pleased.

I was so happy with our DJ also. He called me before the wedding to talk to me so he would know exactly what we wanted. He was not only professional on the call, but he was very professional at the reception, including the way he was dressed. We were also very happy with the lighting and they set everything up themselves.

I would recommend On-Site to everyone for any event needs you may have, even if it’s not for a wedding. We were so happy with the service they gave us, and it’s something we still talk about two years later and are so glad we worked with them!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jared and On-Site Productions. When I was looking for a DJ, the main thing I was looking for was someone who was an outstanding entertainer and someone who could keep all of my wedding guest on the dance floor. Jared was able to deliver that and even more! All of my wedding guest were so engaged into the music and had the best night dancing. Honestly, the dance floor was so crowded the whole night and it was exactly what I wanted. I could not have asked for a better entertainer to have at my wedding.
On-Site Productions also helped create a beautiful backdrop that displayed our hashtag saying. When I say it was beautiful, it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It exceeded all of my expectations and became the focal point of the dance floor. So many of our guest migrated to the area to take pictures in front of it. I received so many compliments on the dance floor and backdrop so it was a hit.
Jared and the team at On-Site Productions also carried themselves in the most professional manor. They showed up promptly, dressed appropriately, and were so helpful during both the reception and ceremony. Everything On-Site Productions did was perfect, and I would choose them again any time.
