Dr. Su is a very knowledgeable and approachable physician. His nurse and office staff on the other hand are incredibly unprofessional. I have left messages for his nurse for three days straight and no return call. I have texted as well. No response. We were asked to start a new regimen by Dr. Su after having a PET scan done and we had a question regarding the new medication that was supposed to begin after the scan, however no one called us back at this office. On one of the calls I made to the office I sat on the phone for 16 min before anyone even picked up the call. Undoubtedly the worst patient experience we have ever had.

This was probably the worst experience with a doctors office. I feel like this is why people would rather suffer, than go to a doctor. Literally sat and waited for 40 minutes and not even got a call back because it’s the flagship office? If it’s a problem with patients, they should maybe limit the amount that they see daily so people can actually be seen. It’s absurd to get there before the appointment time and I have to wait 40 minutes after the appointment time to just have to reschedule. I had to drive out of the way to come to this location just to have to reschedule because of how long it was taking. I wasn’t the only one that had to leave because of their negligence as far as not keeping on track with patients. What’s also absurd is that if you miss an appointment or late to an appointment you get charged or can lose your appointment slot in general, so there’s no equity for patients, but if the providers are late, I don’t get paid anything but still have to pay them. Do better.

Absolute garbage medical group on the front end. Can’t blame the administration too much because they are clearly understaffed all around but the people on top could seriously improve this. There’s a clear urologist shortage so they must be taking it in but 45 minute holds every time you call and “save your spot in line option” and never getting a call back is such BS

The office operations here are HORRIBLE. They ask you to communicate by text, which is great. Unfortunately, they rarely return the text. Phone calls are even worse. Been waiting to fill a script with them for over 2 months, excuse after excuse. And they admit to these shortcomings but do not correct the problem except produce more excuses.

DO NOT GO HERE! I saw Dr. SUE, after visiting the emergency room twice then finally looking forward to finding out what was wrong with me, I walk into the dr, office saw the nurse practitioner, she said don't worry we will help you. Take into consideration I'm in extreme pain, he came in and said looks like nothings wrong, but there CLEARLY IS. I've been in pain for months amongst other symptoms, he just said oh well really Rudley and then said here we can take one more scan but that's all we can do. Then schueduled an appointed for TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER!! I said well if I'm going to have to wait that long can I have something to help me with the pain in the meantime or what do you recommend to alleviate it? He said go see another doctor for that, but guess what when it's an urology problem they are just going to tell me to see a urologist!! Anyways do not come here.

Took the day off from work to take my 91 yo father to a scheduled appointment. When we arrived to his 1:20 appt, we were told to come back tomorrow, they should have made the appt for morning,
because the procedure would take all day. These people managing the office are incompetant.
