I recently purchased a Hobart 60 Qt Mixer fromOrigen Bakery Equipment for my home bakery, and the experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and guiding me to the right model for my needs. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident in my choice.The delivery was just as impressive. This business is a total sham. I bought a used divider/rounder and the equipment cracked while they serviced it. I was told it was welded but within a couple of weeks it cracked again and was unusable. Miguel, the owner, told me that he would replace this faulty divider (btw I paid $6000.00 cash) and after that conversation I never heard from them again. They refuse to take my phone calls and refuse to get back to me. At first Miguel seemed to be a nice person who will take care of his equipment and take responsibility, the reality however is quite different. He does not keep his word and makes nothing but shady deals. He is a scumbag. Unless you want to be screwed by them, stay away.

I have a small pizza and wing place in El Sereno. I called Miguel early morning at Origen Bakery Equipment because our dough mixer stoped working. He helped me diagnose the issue over the phone and instead of charging me for something I didn't need, he showed me how to reset the mixer and get it running again. When it time to upgrade my mixer Im definitely going to call him! Thank you Miguel!
