Orlando’s Metal Shop in Santa Ana offered great service. They were able to help us build an intricate and elegant outdoor seating area for our restaurant location in Laguna Beach. All employees were very kind and accommodating towards our requests. They maintained a strong work ethnic throughout the entire building process. Once their work was finished we were stunned with the outcome, and we can’t help but spread their goodness on the web. We needed some metal fabrication for our probability machine. Jose and Orlando helped us create the parts we needed sooner than expected. It's a busy shop with lots of projects. I would recommend face to face communication so that there is a clear understanding of the needs and turnaround time. I stopped by the day after dropping off our project and the finished product was waiting for me to pick up. Their location is conveniently close to the 55 FWY and Warner, so I chose to drop in to talk and check on my project, which seemed like their preferred method of communication.

Best kept secret in town. Orlando's Metal Shop has fabricated metal projects for Cannery Village Casegoods for years. Fast text response, quality work with the diligence to make it right (even with incorrect instructions) and quick turnaround. Couldn't ever consider another metal fabricator at this point (and we've worked with many), they do everything, have great prices and have a super strong work ethic.

Hired this company to make some metal letters for our new restaurant sign in Old Town Tustin. One of the most unresponsive companies I have ever dealt with...Excuse after excuse about the progress of our project. We wasted 2 months and never got our letters...just a bunch of promises that never happened.
I would not recommend doing business with this company.

So, based on prior reviews I'll agree, don't call in, just go there and set up an appointment.

Im in a wheelchair and the aluminum tubing above one on my castor wheels shapeds off. I have a 10 thousand dollar wheelchair so I was hoping something could be done. Orlando took it in and fixed it right away.
