Customer service could have been better. Nothing like being rushed through something your looking to add to property... workmanship appeared a little less than good, but floorplan and prices were nice. Pay attention to detail during installation, so not accept anything less than excellent on finishing install.

my experience was horrible the lady that came out was rude and seemed annoyed with our presence. i would asked something and she would roll her eyes and just made me feel like she didn’t want to help. will be looking else where for my home. disappointed because I drove an hour and half for this place. I don’t recommend

Wouldn’t recommend the older white lady has issues. Doesn’t seem like she wants to help and just us an attitude towards you. I would ask a question because I am fairly new to this and don’t know much she would roll her eyes and just seemed annoyed. Will be taking my self somewhere else to look for my home

Would not recommend this dealer, was lined up to purchase the mobile home, but was being told we had to use their guy for the foundation and block work. Had our work done by another contractor, Craig called our loan agency and the rep told us he said he would not sell us the mobile home. Basically, because we didn't use his setup person for the cement work. No where in the paperwork did it say it's mandatory to use their guy for the foundation work.
