It’s an amazing venue with plenty of options to host meetings. The location is great and there are plenty of options for restaurants and hotels available near by… highly recommended if you are looking for a convenient venue to host an event in Pasadena or in LA’s area. This convention center is a great option!

The convention center is a really nice place to have an event. My son and I were there for the Morphicon Convention to see a fan based convention of Power Rangers and Ultraman. There is plenty of room to see your favorite actors and shop for memorable items. The atmosphere was great and very intimate to feel like it is more special and personal. The staff was amazing, food was great, and the facilities were very clean. There is plenty of parking and the rates are reasonable. The area it is located in is very safe and easy to find on a map. It is accessible and there are great dining ventures on the outskirts of the convention center.

Accessible entrances don't have buttons to automatically open up doors anywhere that I saw outside or inside the building. I did see one electric lift to get into the Starbucks but doubt it works since they had things stacked in front of it which made it inaccessible. The building itself is pretty, I liked the chandeliers, and the security and cleaning staff seemed friendly. Bathrooms were clean, and there were more than one accessible stall, though I didn't see any marked family or gender neutral bathrooms.

We came here for the Halloween 45 Years of Terror Convention. Very cool place and very big. The space is very clean and they have plenty of clean bathrooms. Multiple entrances into the convention center. There are parking decks all around the center. The panel room was very nice and hosted the afterhours party. I believe they always host this event and I hope they do it again at H50.

We were here to attend Alien Con 2023! Perfect venue for the event. Main auditorium with lots of separate rooms for presentations. Big exhibition area where the Vendors were. Safe and secure area.
There is parking nearby at reasonable rates.
There is mall area across the convention center.

Our trip to the convention center for a gymnastics competition went really well. The building is pretty and clean. The staff is friendly and organized. The only thing we did not like was the parking situation. We had to do a bit of research and discovered it almost better to pay for the Sheraton Parking since it is much closer to the venue!

Really stunning exterior and interior with comfortable seating and convenient access to restrooms! The restroom for men never had a line when I went to visit for a free showing of America’s Got Talent (AGT), but the restroom for women did and it was quite long. There are also water fountains available for use in the lobby.

Overall very fun experience meeting the stars of AGT and participating in a live filming! No complaints with this facility based on the short time I was there.

The chocolate salon was great. There was a lot of newer chocolatiers with tasty chocolate. Charolettes Truffles we’re delicious and absolutely stunning to look at. Amano chocolate was so full of flavor and family running the booth was very knowledgeable. The Polar water was so yummy and the gal running the booth was super sweet. The event started late and one of the speakers was unable to make it but the other presentations were very informative. I would totally recommend.
