This is a fantastic place to visit while in Paso Robles!! We do hope to come back soon! We had the most wonderful time taste-testing with Traci! She was so amazing in teaching us all we needed to know about olives and the olive oil processing! The olive oil was delicious! We also loved the truffle salt; don’t leave without getting both!! We decided to become a member. The quality of the oil is worth it and supporting a hard working business with honest products is a selling point!

You'll learn alot about olive oil extraction process and trade here. You'll find there are many bad imported oils that are unregulated exposed to mixing, dilution, and contamination all for profits. You'll also taste different oils from different infusions and species. A must when in town

We had an amazing time here and were beyond fortunate to have Eleanor host us for the tasting session. She was so knowledgeable and also very personable and friendly and made us feel right at home. If not for baggage constraints, we would have gotten a bottle of all varieties home with us. Thank you Eleanor for the amazing experience!

This place is a seemingly-not-yet-discovered gem! A stop here during your wine tour is well worth your time, and best of all you will be treated to a comprehensive and free olive oil and spices/salts tasting, complete with your own mini packet of freshly baked bread for your dipping enjoyment. The first step to try several flavors of their olive oil, beginning with the purest form and then moving on to flavored oils. But it gets even better, as the next round of tasting is the olive oils with paired with a spice or salt. The olive oils here are of very high caliber and I had a hard time choosing my favorite, but it is between the lemon and the rosemary. The unique seasonings and flavored salts were interesting and tasty. I don't even cook and yet I purchased some of the yummy Herbs de Provence (okay, they got me!).

Amazing delicious olive oils, balsamic vinegar, and spices. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area, even just to try out some oils, with bread, vinegar, and spices, which is offered for free.

Great place to taste so much more than olive oil! The vinegars and honey were great as well! Also good place to have kids with you. They were so nice and helpful the entire time we were there. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been a customer for a year receiving subscription boxes. While I love their olive oil and other products-something is going on with this company. I went online to order a gift, got to the end of the order process and nothing-I assumed the order didn’t go through-first mistake-tried placing another order-same thing-ok I’m stupid-I tried a third time and gave up. Three days later I get email notices that my three orders are processing. I called immediately to see if I could cancel at least two of them-got an answering machine-left a message. I emailed about all three orders asking if I could cancel the orders as I had already purchased a gift for my daughter. Absolutely no response! I am thoroughly disgusted. Over $300 in Olive oil orders going all to my daughter. I’m done with them.
