Takes days to get a response on a quote, everytime i called to follow up on it, they keep telling me that there Engineer is out. would love to give them business, but how?

They refused to provide a quote for a simple power spring which is apparently a type of spring they produce. Response time was incredibly slow. Bad customer service all around
