This team is incredible.

Tina and Robert are always quick to respond, they give us the best and most fair pricing but more than that, they are incredibly knowledgable and want to assist however they can. Don't think of them as just a plastics supplier, they do so much more.

Very helpful in providing information and suggestions. They got us taken care of with material and custom cuts on a small order.

After a failed visit to the Phoenix store, I had contacted the LA office to see what the situation was with their supply of ABS plastic. I fortunately got Rene on the phone who eased the issues I had with the Phoenix store and went beyond the extra mile to fix a customer, and a failed transaction.

Her customer service skills are some of the best I have ever encountered. Rene is an incredible asset to this company and turned what was going to be a very negative review for Phoenix, into a very positive review for the LA office of Piedmont Plastics.

If the idea I am working on turns out, this will be an ongoing relationship that I value because of Rene. I am not sure who owns this company but they need to take her to dinner or something. Fantastic customer service by Rene. Thank you.

Dionne from Piedmont called me and assured me that future orders would not have dust on them and offered me a $30 discount on the next order, so, I’m confident in her and Piedmont, that the next order of plastic boards that I get will not have any dust on them.
