More drivers need to write reviews. The receiving guy Greg is the worst person you will ever talk to. They have a huge open yard but will make you back out and park on the street with no parking signs and wait there hours. I’m definitely charging an extra $500 if I ever have to deliver here again.

They fully earned this one-star review. I called to confirm the stock and price of 15-gauge rebar tie wires before sending a driver to pick them up, which involved a 45-minute trip. Upon arrival, the driver discovered they only had 16-gauge ties. Multiple calls between the Fremont and Turlock locations resulted in no effort to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, the quoted price was around $25, but the actual price was around $60.

After wasting hours of my and my driver’s time, the least they could have done was take responsibility and honor the $25 price as a gesture of accountability. This level of disorganization and unwillingness to correct their mistakes is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but how they are addressed defines a business’s integrity.

No respect for truck drivers, they make you call before you can even enter the lot even though there is no room on the street to park. There is plenty of room at their entrance to wait and be out of the way but the guy on the phone will still throw a hissy fit. Giant lot yet somehow they managed to make drivers drive into the busy street to back under their crane.

People in the yard are great but the lady in charge of servicing special inspectors, has no manners, Extremely rude, and needs to learn people skills. Therefore a three star rating is all I can give PJ’s. Be careful you might your head bit off.
