I recently had the opportunity to do business with Joyce Fritz and her team from PMZ .I have bought and sold many homes both in this state and out of state.I have never had a more professional and caring experience . Joyce is all about Customer Service .She had a team of inspectors at the house that far surpassed most inspectors I have dealt with.No stone unturned ,and very informative.Joyce and her team made me feel like I was in good hands and they treated me as if I was family. Went in on a Friday. Talked to Jonas. He seemed nice. He told us he'd call us back on Tuesday to see if he could find us any loans we could use. Tuesday came and went and now it's been a week later and still haven't heard from him. Not sure if he was able to find anything or just didn't look. If he couldn't find any loans for us he still should have called to let us know. Just doesn't seem professional when we can't even get a call back.
