This place if ran by trash cans and toilet bowls. Because they obviously can’t be human beings. Almost $400 fine for A NINE (9) dollar bill being late, I genuinely hope you receive the same amount of PORTERVILLIAN kindness when you least expect it. This is such a special little dirt ball town.
