Kevin is the best employee working with this company and and has the best customer service for a wonderful visit to complete our unit service care. He was very knowledgeable about our policy and unit maintenance work; the complete service work was excellent.

I've had Premier as my air conditioning company for 20 years. My house has 2 air conditioners. I have the maintenance agreement where they come out twice a year and keep them going strong. Technicians are always polite and keep me informed. Great company.

From scheduling to install Premier's team was outstanding. Communication, knowledge, and cleanliness are important to me and they exceeded my expectations throughout the process. Our new system install was due to hurricane damage and they were able to explain why our entire system needed to be replaced. The adjuster honored their professional information and made the adjustments to our claim. We added dehidifier and air purifier which we love. We are very happy with the install and the professionalism of their team.
